Documentation checklist for admission, Visa & other important information, USA

I-20 (Offer Letter)

  • All academic documents 
  • Letter of Recommendation (LOR) minimum 2 as reference
  • Valid Passport of Applicant
  • IELTS/PTE/TOEFL eligible score for all level admission
  • Work Experience—If any
  • SAT for Undergraduate scholarship
  • GMAT, GRE for Master’s Degree scholarship
  • University / College Application Form
  • Pay the Application fee (After accepting the applicant’s application for Admission)
  • I-20 issuance time: 4 to 6 weeks

Visa Documents

  • I-20 (Admission Letter)
  • Academic documents from Grade 10 to till date (Transcript, Character Certificate, Migration & Provisional)
  • Proficiency Certificate (Test Report Form): (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, and any required)
  • Relationship Certificate with sponsor and family member—it’s not mandatory if the applicant’s and sponsor’s surnames are different in some other documents.
  • Sponsorship / Affidavit letter from Sponsor (Third Party also can sponsor for your further study)
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)
  • Bank Balance Certificate & Statement: Issued by Nepal’s A-Class Bank (USA accepts one-day balances and statements)
  • Income Sources like Salary, House Rent, Land Lease, agriculture, Vehicle, and Business Income
  • Police Report
  • Certificate of extracurricular activities
  • Fill up the DS-160 from the Online U.S. Department of State
  • Pay the SEVIS fee and visa interview
  • Go for an interview with a payment receipt and SEVIS-paid receipt.
